About

Forum Engineering S.r.l. is an engineering company founded in February 2004 as a transformation of the associated firm Forum Associates Consulting, that had been in the structural and building design sector since 1995.

Forum Engineering has extended its field of action from the traditional design activity to other areas that complete its service portfolio in the management of works and buildings, in maintenance and monitoring services and in applied research.

Latest accomplishments

Amicucci Parmiggiani Paper Mill (Tivoli, Rome)

On site investigation campaign on the materials of the Paper Mill structure, acquisition of characteristic data through laser scanning and development of the building Digital Twin. FEM modeling of the building and evaluation of the structure response to seismic stress.

Mazzoni building (INPS) - Rome

Safety status assessment with respect to seismic stress on the building (high-level training center of INPS, Italian social security agency): drafting and management of the on site investigation plan, aimed at understanding the material and mechanical characteristics of the existing structures. FEM modeling of the building volume, to evaluate its behavior in response to seismic actions.

Progetto VITALE - Aliano (MT)

Carried out together with Nais Solutions S.r.l., the VITALE project (VIrtual Technologies in Aliano in the parco LEtterario) objectives were the digitalization and valorization of the Carlo Levi Literary Park in Aliano: 3D scanning and reconstruction of the works of art and museum spaces, production of immersive multimedia content (360° navigable images, Virtual Reality), the design of innovative visit experiences through virtual reality techniques.
